Doors Open to the General Public at 10:00 am. Event Closes at 2 pm.

Important Event Details

Event Venue:  Union Square Park, New York, NY , Broadway To 4 Ave., E 14 St. To E 17 St.; North Side, across from Barnes and Noble See Google Maps

Load In:  Sponsorship load in begins at 6 am on Sunday, Oct 1st.  Set up needs to be complete by 9:45 am.  Doors open promptly at 10 am.

Load Out:  Begins at 2 pm and goes no later than 6 pm. Load out cannot begin earlier than 2 pm.

Drop-off/Parking:  Drop off of your materials can take place on the north side of the park, on 17th street that runs east to west.  After drop off, we kindly request that you move your vehicles to on-street parking or to one of the neighboring parking garages.  If you have an oversized vehicle that requires special parking or if you have special needs, please contact Michael Kurtz, michael_kurtz@marlynproductions.com.  

Event Program:  

  • SoulCycle Stage (East Side of Park):  Classes are at 10:30 am and 12:00 pm
  • Yoga/Barre/Bootcamp Stage (North Side of Park):  10:30 am The Dailey Method, 11:30 am Akin's Army, 12:30 pm Lyons Den Power Yoga
  • Dance and Bootcamp Stage (West Side of Park):  10:30 am 305 Fitness; 11:30 am Dogpound, 12:30 pm 305 Fitness
  • SURFSET NYC (Center of Park):  10:30 am, 11:30 am, and 12:30 pm

F&B for Event Staff:  There will be access for sponsors and partners in our VIP area; which includes access to food and beverages throughout the day. A Dare To Bare Staffer will come around to provide you with credentials; otherwise, please check in at the VIP/Sponsor Check in at Registration to receive our credentials for the VIP area.

Shipping Information

If there are materials for which you are shipping in advance, please find shipping information below.  Please send shipping manifests to Charina Lumley, charina@movemeant.org prior to boxes leaving your facilities.  We will not be equipped to ship out from the event on Sunday, October 1st, so please find alternate means any materials left from load-out.  Any questions regarding shipping load-out, can be also be directed to charina@movemeant.org.
