Important Event Details

Event Venue:  Union Square Park, New York, NY , Broadway To 4 Ave., E 14 St. To E 17 St.; North Side, across from Barnes and Noble See Google Maps

Load In:  Sponsorship load in begins at 6 am on Sunday, Oct 2nd.  Set up needs to be complete by 9:45 am.  Doors open at 10 am exactly.

Load Out:  Begins promptly at 3 pm and ends at 6 pm.

Drop-off/Parking:  Drop off of your materials can take place on the north side of the park, on 17th street that runs east to west.  After drop off, we kindly request that you move your vehicles to on-street parking or to one of the neighboring parking garages.  If you have an oversized vehicle that requires special parking or if you have special needs, please contact Michael Kurtz, michael_kurtz@marlynproductions.com.

F&B for Event Staff:  There will be access for sponsors and partners in our VIP area; which includes access to food and beverages throughout the day. New for 2016 is our "Beer Garden" in cooperation with The Pavilion Restaurant (also on property in Union Square Park.)  The Beer Garden is open for VIPs, Sponsors and Media from 10 am - 1 pm. At 1 pm, the Beer Garden opens to the general public.

Shipping Information

If there are materials for which you are shipping in advance, please find shipping information below.  Please send shipping manifests to Charina Lumley, charina@movemeantfoundation.com.  We will not be equipped to ship out from the event on Sunday, October 2nd, so please find alternate means any materials left from load-out.  Any questions regarding shipping load-out, can be also be directed to charina@movemeantfoundation.com.
