Free Class Offerings
We believe empowerment through fitness is an experience that should be accessible to all. That is why this year, like ever year prior, we offer two free class offerings so everyone can have the opportunity to shed their insecurities and experience We Dare to Bare for themselves. Notorious FIT hip hop dance class, taught by Jenny Gaither is available now free of charge. Registration is required and tickets are subject to availability.
Moving toward our vision of creating a world where all women can feel confident, beautiful and strong, this workshop will inspire conversation that challenges typical beauty ideals, embraces self-love, celebrates movement and strengthens communication across generations. Discussion prompts and activities aim to show participants that we all have common experiences and to encourage openness and risk-taking in two-way conversations between girls and the adults in their lives. Tickets for this go live on Wednesday March 20th.
How our festivals work
We work to help women build positive body images through fitness. We create health and wellness charity events, find and share empowering content, and offer apparel that enable women of every body type to uncover their best selves. Don’t miss a this opportunity to uncover your most powerful self. At our events, you get to choose how you want to move. Select from a variety of class options to mix and match your perfect schedule.
Each paid registrant receives one of our specially-designed signature We Dare To Bare Sports Bras so you can feel your like your most confident self and match your new community of badasses. Sizing and availability is limited and is distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Each participant receives one bra regardless of how many classes they are registered for.
Each class has a $50 registration and SoulCycle classes required fundraising?! Why? This is a FUNDRAISER to help lift up and support our future female leaders and do-ers. While you empower yourself through each fitness class your dollars are also changing the lives of young girls all over the country. All proceeds from We Dare to Bare go to Movemeant Foundation's impact programs which focus on providing at-risk, low-income girls with the funding, education and resources to build self-worth and confidence through sports and fitness. Just think, instead of spending $50 (which is tax deductible!) on Saturday brunch (+ mimosas) you will be outside enjoying the sunshine while getting one or more of the best workouts in SF with a fierce, like-minded community of doers and movers.
We Dare to Bare is a fundraiser where all proceeds benefit Movemeant Foundation and are tax deductible.
GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO SWEAT.
Led by the most popular instructors and fitness studios in the Bay Area, our We Dare to Bare festival workouts push your physical, mental and emotional boundaries, so you can reveal the most powerful you. Select a class bundle with one, two or even three (gulp) of our featured workouts. There are multiple classes offered at once from FOUR different stages: Silent Disco Stage, Main Stage, SoulCycle Stage and the TRX Stage
Mother-Daughter Workshop Classes
For the first time ever, We Dare to Bare will feature a Mother-Daughter, movement-based workshop based on Movemeant’s very own middle school body-positive curriculum. We believe mothers are a huge influence in “passing down” body positivity to their daughters. This workshop is a chance for mothers and daughters to connect and share hopes and dreams around confidence, empowerment, and wellness. Come together to get a taste of some activities and discussion prompts from our middle school body positive and health curriculum. Tickets for this FREE class option open mid-March. This class will well out so make sure to sign up for our newsletter and be the first to hear about ticket updates.
