Sponsorship load in begins at 6 am on Saturday, May 11th. Set up needs to be complete by 9:45 am. Doors open promptly at 10 am. Instructors should be at the event and checked in with their designated stage volunteer at least 1 hour ahead of time.
Begins at 2:30 pm and goes no later than 4 pm. Load out cannot begin earlier than 2:30 pm.
Drop off of your materials can take place in the parking lot that exists directly behind the Marina Green Triangle between the grass and the water. This lot is accessible from the left most entrance but will be blocked off with security so let them know you are dropping items off for We Dare to Bare. Parking in this lot is restricted to production vehicles only. After drop off, we kindly request that you move your vehicles to another lot, the neighborhood on-street parking (2 hours) or to one of the nearby parking garages. If you have an oversized vehicle that requires special parking or if you have special needs, please contact Michael Kurtz, email@example.com.

We are happy to help coordinate the delivery of your items to the event but to do so we need a few pieces of critical information for each item sent so we can make sure it is received and delivered to the event site.
