Forward Movemeant workshop series

A series of micro workshops led by game-changers in the empowerment space. Each workshop is curated to maximize the We Dare to Bare experience by teaching attendees how turn the inspiration, community and feelings of confidence that they experience at the event, into everyday practices that they can maintain long term.

Workshops are open to all paid We Dare to Bare attendees. Seating is subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.

Guided Meditation

Paige Previvor is a four-time Emmy Award Winning Producer who back in January of 2018,  underwent a preventative double mastectomy after finding out she has the BRCA 1 mutation. Since then, she has gone on to become the co-founder of highly popular, non-profit organization known as The Breasties.

Join Paige in a guided meditation and learn about how meditation helped Paige to make her nonprofit dreams a reality.

How to maximize your group workouts

Celebrity fitness instructor, David Kirsch, has worked with a number of A-Listers including Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum, Liv Tyler, Kate Upton, and more. Now, he wants to exercise his expertise and teach you how to maximize your time in group fitness classes, staying focused on accomplishing your personal goals.


Following his workshop, David will also be leading our Surprise Guest Workout at 1:15pm, showing attendees how to put those tips into practice.Space is limited. Attendees who fundraise $150 or more will be given priority into this exclusive class.
