Canadian born Bianca Buresh has been rooted in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 15 years. She is specialized as a TRX, Dynamax & Bootcamp instructor and has developed her own savvy style. Bianca’s genuine enthusiasm and positive attitude are the secret ingredients to her training methods. She pushes limits and allows you to rediscover your own potential. Bianca’s a happily married, proud mother of 2 who pushed her own limits to “get her body back” after pregnancy. Bianca ‘s goal is to inspire other mothers to get fit and have fun.

Shonna Chiles, ConfiDance Fitness

Shonna Chiles is living her purpose as The Traveling Dancer". In 2012, she moved to the Bay Area from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to pursue and expand her passion for dance. Shonna has over 17 years of dance training in the areas of tap, jazz, ballet, Polynesian, and hip hop. She has been instructing professionally since 2008 and in 2010 entered the world of professional sports dancing. Her resume includes appearances with two different NBA franchises (the Oklahoma City Thunder and Golden State Warriors) and a tour during Superbowl XXVIII produced by the NFL Superbowl Commission. Following her NBA Championship appearance with the Warriors in 2015, Shonna has retire from professional sports dancing to focus on her full time career as The Traveling Dancer. 



Heather McKenzie, Move Your Asana®

Heather began her career as a fitness leader in 1997 teaching packed classes at the hottest gyms in San Francisco and quickly became a very sought after instructor/trainer in San Francisco and Marin County.  Heather merged her business savvy and broad fitness knowledge working as the Group Exercise Director for Gorilla Sports and the Bay Club Marin, before starting the Move Your Asana® brand. Heather is known in the industry for being on the cutting edge of group fitness and personal training.  Her ability to motivate and educate while delivering fun, effective workouts is unparalleled.

Jackelyn Ho, Crunch Fitness

California born and raised, Jackelyn Ho is an emerging force in the health and fitness space.  Her career began as an undergraduate where she successfully transitioned a passion for fitness into a professional career, launching a positive body image magazine called Fiterazzi in her early-20's.  From there, she landed a role as a Nike Trainer, while becoming a sought after instructor at Crunch Fitness.  Jackelyn's classes are described as being wildly fun, inclusive and high-energy while not sacrificing on difficulty and hard-work.

Gabby Pavelko, Sweat Republic (Surfset)

Dancing was Gabby's first exposure to fitness at the age of 2, and she continued to love having fun while working out as she got older.  She knows how tough it can be to motivate yourself to workout, and is a strong believer in building a network of friends you can call when you want to get in a good sweat.  She started Sweat Republic as a place to build a fun, fitness community and teaches SurfSet (a surfing inspired workout done indoors) and TRX regularly there.  Her style is positive and friendly, but don't let that fool you...leaving class sweaty is mandatory!
