About this Event

You've heard of We Dare to Bare, the national body positive fitness festival that empowers girls and women everywhere to celebrate their bodies and build confidence in themselves. Now Movemeant Foundation, the charity organization that puts on We Dare to Bare, has partnered with The Palace of Fine Arts to bring you fun, approachable, affordable movement-based experiences that will leave you feeling confident, joyful and a little buzzed.... because #balance.

Join Movemeant Foundation at the Palace of Fine Arts on Saturday, July 20th for a workout class taught by Allison Tibbs followed by mimosas and acai bowls!

About the workout:

Taught by Personal Trainer & Healthy Lifestyle Coach International Speaker & Best Selling Author, Allison Tibbs, attendees will sweat it out at her infamous CoreBurn class that she describes as a fun, music centric class that focuses on core and booty strengthening exercises. The workout is easily modified for all experience levels.

Start the weekend out right with a fun and energizing workout followed by brunch essentials: drinks, breakfast and games and all with the gorgeous setting in the Palace of Fine Arts! Attendees will receive access to the workout class, on-site games, food and beverages for purchase, charity raffle to win awesome prizes and special, exclusive swag to take home!

All proceeds benefit Movemeant Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to making fitness accessible, fun and empowering while shifting the conversation around fitness from weight loss and typical beauty ideals to that of body positivity and community support. Their impact programs empower girls and women by providing them with resources, opportunities and experiences to use physical movement as a tool to build confidence and self-worth.
