What if we DARE to overcome the insecurities we have about our bodies? What if we instead chose to BARE our vulnerabilities in an effort to conquer them? Could we reveal the most powerful version of ourselves?
How Can You 'Dare To Bare'?
'Dare To Bare' began as a charity fitness event where we 'dared' ourselves to embrace a positive body image. But today, 'Dare To Bare' represents more than our fears surrounding our appearance: it is a movemeant to help us overcome any insecurity, from performance at work or school, to relationships, to our ability to try something new. And now we’re challenging you: To move out of your comfort zone.
