Movement is rooted in the same principles I believe in - positive body image, staying active at any age, loving your body and women empowering women. It is important to spread self-love and confidence through health, wellness & fitness. As women we all face our own struggles -- muffin tops, skinny fat, post-partum weight, Freshman 15, breakup or stress induced eating. Whatever it may be, I advocate confidence in one's perfectly imperfect self rather than on perfection or what we see in the media. I encourage women of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, mother or not, to love your god given body through fitness at any age.
