Named D.C.'s best personal trainer by Washingtonian Magazine.

Gina Caifano, Chicago, IL

Gina has been a personal trainer for over 8 years, but because she wanted to distill and share more health and wellness information to those interested in fitness, she started her website GMOTIVATE to keep herself and her students motivated.

In 20, Gina developed her own bootcamp program where she built a loyal community of members who still all work together towards improving ealth and happiness. It is because of them that she was named Chicago’s Hottest Trainer of 2014 by Racked Chicag.

Through her journey as nursing student, fitness instructor and Dare to Bare ambassador, her goal is to inspire and empower others to look better, feel better and lead lives they are passionate about.

June 2015 Challenge:   My June #daretobare challenge is to do yoga in a sports bra once a week. If I can get my 83 year old grandma and my 3 year old nephew (kinda) doing yoga with me on the beach, this should be no problem.
