We're bringing you a dance cardio workout that infuses dance moves, sports drills and high-intensity interval training to create a full-body workout. Featuring a live DJ and the city's best instructors, this non-stop cardio class feels like a fun night out where you're feeling like your best self.

Unleash your inner Shakira at this 45 minute long dance party with a focus on high-intensity rhythmic cardio. The class gets your grooving while also featuring sprint intervals, sculpting, and a stretch cooldown.

Expect alotta air humping, jumping jacks, and non-stop smiling in this 45-minute cardio dance class. Not a dancer?  No problem. Seriously. Classes are easy-to-follow and made for non-dancers and dancers, alike.
